- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) by assessing manufacturing impact, implementing approved changes in SAP, and coordinating effective rollout to the production floor.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, fixtures, tooling, and line layouts for assembly, soldering, testing, and related operations.
- Partner with Engineering/R&D during new product introduction to translate product designs into manufacturable BOMs, routings, processes, and production requirements.
- Support production readiness for new products, engineering changes, and process changes by ensuring documentation, tooling, materials, and manufacturing requirements are established before implementation.
- Troubleshoot BOM, routing, configuration, process, testing, and calibration issues that affect production execution, product quality, costing, or planning accuracy.
- Provide technical support to Production and Quality when manufacturing problems, recurring defects, equipment concerns, or process deviations occur.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time, productivity, first-pass yield, scrap reduction, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing data and production issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective and preventive process improvements.
- Support the development and optimization of testing and calibration processes for electronic products and manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure manufacturing processes and documentation remain current, controlled, repeatable, and aligned with applicable quality and safety requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve manufacturability, resolve operational constraints, and support production objectives.
